User management - needs automation

I think the PDC is great, however, with over 600 staff, managing the users and course assignments in the PDC is a challenge.
We need the ability to harness the import capabilities of the PDC if we are to continue using it.

That's wonderful that you think the SMS 2.0 Professional Development Center (PDC) is great!
Unfortunately the user import utility for the SMS 2.0 PDC has limited deployment capability and must be run internally by Skyward staff. For the SMS 2.0 PDC, Skyward does provide one complimentary staff import each year and does offer an option to provide other occasional staff imports throughout the year when requested. However, adding a user to the PDC through the management page on support.skyward.com is very quick and adding 20 or so users manually is typically faster than compiling a spreadsheet with the needed data and sending it to Skyward for the import to be processed.
The good news is that, with the Qmlativ PDC, this won't be an issue at all. The Qmlativ PDC will be completely integrated with Qmlativ so that your district's users can be automatically added to the system and enrolled in courses based upon the roles and course assignments that you pre-define. Additionally, Qmlativ PDC users will be able to seamlessly connect from their Qmlativ system without needing to have any separate credentials or login again!
